I hope that our government is preparing for this type of attack. As a citizen, I’m not sure how much “out of the box” thinking and response preparations are taking place.

For example, how do caregivers quickly recognize and respond to such an attack? Do they have the proper equipment and medicines to identify and treat such attacks? How does one contain people from spreading a biological attack ?
